Click on 'Create Your SurfPad' on the upper right hand side of the site and enter your e-mail and password.	Remove the widgets you do not want by clicking on the [x] on the top right of each widget box.	Add the widgets or RSS Feeds you want on your page (you can add maximum 20 modules on a single page from any category). You can also add more tabs/pages by clicking on '+ New page' to the right of the tabs. To change the name of the tab double click on it.

You can than drag and drop your widgets where you want them on your page. Your page will be automatically saved.		To access your page from any computer, click on 'Log in' on the upper right hand corner.

It might not have loaded properly – to reload/refresh just click on the refresh button:

Easy – just click on “Configure” on the widget and select your color:

The first time you visit the site it might take extra time to load, but once loaded it moves very fast. Ways to make it faster is to create your own page and add the widgets that you will use. Because the default settings have so many widgets on it is a reason why it might be slower to load.

a) When you are on the search page you can remove what you don’t want by clicking on the “X” in the top right of every widget:

b) Once you removed what you don’t want click on “Add Widget” on the top right of the site:
Go through the different sections (News, Search, TV/Music, Tools) and add all the widgets you want on your page. You can add as many or as little as you want.

c) Once you have added the widgets you want you can move them around the page to where you want them to be. You can do this by clicking on the top of each widget and moving it where you want.

d) When you are happy with how your page looks, click on “Create My Surfpad”

You can change how your page looks at any time. When you are logged in just add the widgets you want or remove the ones you don’t want and it will save automatically. Just log-in the next time to access your page.

Of course you can. Once you are logged in and on "Search Tab" you can click on the “add bookmark” on the bottom left side of the widget and add or remove any bookmarks you like.

Just click on the tab name text and re-renter the new name. Then click on “ok” to save!

If you are logged in than your page is automatically saved. If you did not create an account than you need to click on the “Create an Account & Save” link on the upper right hand side. Once you create your account your page will be saved.

Easy, after you are logged in, go to “Add Widget” and you will see a place to cut and paste the rss link. We will than go and test it and add it under the proper category.

We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your account. What you can do is e-mail us via the contact us form with your e-mail address and we will cancel it for you.

If, when playing a video, the video image is either invisible or disappears when you click a control or other item, you need to adjust the Media Player settings:

• Right-click on the player and select 'Options...'
• At the bottom of the window should be a 'Video Acceleration' option. Change it from full to half (or to zero, if needed) by moving the slider.

The use of Media Player version 11 can also cause problems in combination with Firefox. The video doesn't scale down proportionally, the control and status bar are invisible. To solve this you can install the ActiveX-plugin for Firefox. You can do that here.

No problem, contact us through the contact us tab and once we verify it is your widget we will gladly remove it.

Go to Members Log-in and click on forgot my password and we will e-mail you a new password to your e-mail.

Click once on the name of the tab you want to remove. Than you will see a little down arrow to the right of the tab name. Click on that and you will see a "Delete this page" button appear below. Click on "Delete this page" button.

Click on "+ New Page" on the right side of the tabs. This will create a new page that you can add widgets, gadgets or widgets to.

You will need to log-in to access your page. You can do this by clicking on the "Member's Log-in" on the upper right side of the site.

Click on the refresh button on the upper right side of the widget box. This will refresh it. If it still does not work or is not accurate, please send an e-mail to waleedb@mysurfpad.com.

Click on the top part of the box and drag it into the new tab.

If you enter your log-in information than the page that you are on will be added to your custom page as a new tab.

Once you are logged in, click on your name on the upper right side (to the right of the word "hello"). You than have an option to change your password or access a different account you created. To close this window you need to click on any of your tabs.

First, find the name of the widget you want to add which is on top of each square. Than go to "add widget" on the upper right side of the site. You will see a "search for widget" box. Enter the name of the widget you want to add. The widget will appear below and all you need to do is click on it. If that is the widget you want to add to your page than click on "Add this widget to my page."

Click on the News tab before you are logged in. Once you are on the News tab click on "Create Your Page & Save" tab. If you do not have an account enter your information on the left side. If you have an account, enter your e-mail and password under "Already a member."

It's very easy. Once you have the RSS feed address, go to your custom page by logging in. Now click on "Add Widget." Where you see "Add RSS Feed," paste the address of your feed their and click go. Once the site verifies the RSS feed is working properly you will be able to add it instantly.
